	Paul Shmotolokha President Paul brings 20 years of telecommunications powering experience to Coppervale. Having developed broadband networks on four continents, Paul has developed the management and operations skills necessary to integrate effectiveness and efficiency. Paul’s past experience includes serving as VP of International sales for Alpha Technologies, VP of Cable Television and Broadband Networks at Metromedia International Telecommunications and VP and General Manager for the Beijing, China operation of Encore International, a subsidiary of Liberty Media.
	René Spée Consultant René brings more than two decades of experience in power technology development, strategic research and development planning, and engineering management. His background emphasis includes forward-looking technology in power electronics, energy conversion and energy storage. He has authored more than 120 technical papers and is credited with two United States patents. René received a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oregon State University and he has been a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).
	Dave Frankenfield Business Development Director Dave brings more than 30 years of sales experience in the high technology industry. WIth his broad experience spanning both renewable energy and telecommunications powering and monitoring, he is able to communicate the complex integration between the two for real world applications. Previous experience includes VP Sales at Alpha Energy and VP Affiliate Sales and Executive Relations for ReacTV and erinMedia, as well as experience with Acterna and Cheetah Technologies, a leader in Network Management and status monitoring systems in Cable TV OSP and NOC facilities.
	Lew Rakowsky Director of Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement Lew has more than 20 years experience in corporate branding and integrated marketing communications across print, web, exhibits, events and multimedia. Prior to joining the Coppervale team, he was a core member of the in-house design team at biotechnology giant Amgen where he played a key role in supporting the company's communications needs as it grew from entrepreneurial start-up to established industry leader. Lew leads our design team with a passionate vision of how to motivate companies to adopt sustainable energy practices and build green brands.
	David East Director of Energy Efficiency David has more than 10 years experience in energy engineering and energy management. Prior to joining the Coppervale team, David was a key member of the energy management group at Cox Enterprises Inc., a leading communications, media and automotive services company. David’s experience is in lighting standards, design and retrofits; building mechanical and compressed air systems; and negotiating national purchasing agreements for lighting, occupancy sensor, mechanical systems and compressed air systems.
	Carol Casazza Herman Stakeholder Engagement Consultant Carol has been involved with sustainability and the environment in different capacities for many years. Carol started her career at the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) where she held positions first, as Environmental Scientist and later, as Assistant Regional Counsel. Most recently, she has provided consulting services in policy advocacy and sustainability planning. Prior to that, Carol was Vice President of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Assistant General Counsel at Pfizer, Inc. where she managed the company’s worldwide EHS program. Carol has a bachelors degree in Systems Ecology from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law.
	Ellen Resnick Stakeholder Engagement Consultant Ellen Resnick has been providing organizations with effective and innovative employee communication, learning, and onboarding solutions for over ten years. Her specialty is helping leaders communicate strategy and change and her clients include Pfizer, Novartis, Honeywell, Colgate Palmolive and Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Ellen is passionate about contributing to a sustainable future by leveraging her expertise and talents to help companies engage employees around their sustainability initiatives. Ellen has a B.S. in Marketing from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
	Andrea Thomas Carbon and Energy Analyst Andrea recently graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Policy and Planning from the Huxley College of the Environment at Western Washington University. Prior to joining the Coppervale team, she completed a carbon footprint analysis for a National Science Foundation Grant-funded project focusing on remote access to advanced scientific instrumentation. As a Carbon Reduction Consultant, Andrea will be conducting carbon audits for clients, researching climate change policy, and providing general support for the Coppervale Team.
	Nadia Garrick Lead Program Management Nadia brings with her an extensive background in International Customer Service and Marketing to Coppervale. Prior to joining the team in 2008, she was the Sales Administration Manager at Alpha Technologies. She has a Master's Degree in International Relations from the University of Heidelberg, Germany and is fluent in English, French, German and Spanish.
	Kyle Skinner Business Analyst Consultant Kyle recently graduated Beta Gamma Sigma with his Masters of Professional Accounting Degree at Western Washington University, where he also earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Prior to joining the Coppervale team, he developed a Sustainability Report for the Whatcom Transit Authority and has over seven years of insight in the retail industry and customer service based organizations. As a Business Analyst Consultant, Kyle will develop Coppervale’s methodologies for utility bill audits and support utility auditors, as well as provide financial modeling and proposal development for the sales team.
	Mac Zukoff Cable Television Consultant Mac has over two decades of domestic and international experience in the cable television industry. In addition to a successful career at the corporate offices of large cable operators, Mac has field experience managing large capital projects, a fulfillment company and managing requests for proposals. Recently, Mac provided subject matter expertise in two end-to-end business and technical audits on behalf of a major European bank. As a Cable Television Consultant for Coppervale, Mac will be looking for greater efficiencies in the areas of operations, power and fuel reduction and helping to implement positive changes.
	Chuck Carroll Strategic Technology Consultant Chuck has a long and distinguished executive and technical career in the international cable television and telecommunications environment, spanning 14 years, three continents, and with five companies during their start-up phase of operation. He held Chief Technology Officer positions with Cable Partners and with Ish GmbH, as well as Chief Executive Officer of Telenet Operations in Belgium. Chuck holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University. He is a Fellow of the U.K. SCTE, member of the U.S SCTE and has published a number of papers on the development of cable/telephony in journals around the world.
	Jose Talavera Senior Network and Headend Efficiency Consultant Jose brings more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership postions focused on the design, sale and installation of Cable TV and Communication Networks and Professional Audio/Video Equipment throughout Europe. His experience working on large scale technology rollouts makes him a valuable resource in the management of both capital and operating expenses. His strong technological foundation allows him to apply the appropriate equipment and configurations to ensure maximum efficiency throughout the network infrastructure.
	Mark Vodopest Network Efficiency Consultant Mark has over 12 years experience in broadband network powering that spans over 30 countries. Mark has extensive knowledge in the design, commissioning, and servicing of Cable TV power systems, AC UPS, DC plants and generators. Mark's experience comes from serving as a Field Engineer, Systems Engineer and International Sales Engineer for Alpha Technologies. Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University. As a Network Efficiency Consultant for Coppervale, Mark performs network efficiency audits, mission critical telecommunication facilities audits, and investigates and recommends the latest energy efficiency technologies to meet our customer needs.
